Contour Survey
Contour surveying is the determination of elevation of various points on the land and fixing these points of same horizontal positions in the contour map. A contour map is a map illustrated with contour lines. Contour marks an outline of a mass of land. Contour survey is held to identify any noticeable difference in elevation of the existing land.

Plot Measuring and Sub division
The procedure for Plot Measuring and Sub division of properties involves the division of an existing plot into at least two separate pieces. The on-site survey begins with checking the boundary points and comparing them with the files from the cadastre. All relevant boundaries are closely examined. A cadastre commonly includes details of ownership, tenure, precise location (including GPS coordinates), dimensions and area, cultivations if rural and the value of individual parcels of land. The measuring and sub division is done using advanced Total Station instrument.
